GROOMING POLICIES:

• Appointment times are important. It is not a suggested time of arrival. If you are 15 minutes late, your dog's appointment will be canceled, and the full appointment fee is due, before an appointment is rescheduled. If you are consistently late, you will be removed from my schedule.

• If you arrive early, feel free to come around back, into the fenced in area. If you see a dog on my table, please wait. DO NOT knock on the door. DO NOT stand near the door and watch. This is distracting and can be dangerous.  You are welcome to text me and if I have finished with the previous dog, I will text you back, and let you know that you can come on in.

• Pick up times are also important. Dog's must be picked up within 15-30 mins after they are done. If you fail to pick up your dog during the pickup time, there will be a $1.00 per minute late fee added to your total. 

• Same day cancellations are required to pay the full grooming fee before rescheduling, plus you will be required to prepay for your next appointment.

• Cancellations made without a 24 hour notice are considered a last minute cancellation. The full grooming fee must be paid before rescheduling, plus you will be required to prepay for your next appointment.

• If you cancel 2 appointments in a row, all future appointments will be removed from the schedule. You can always reach out to reschedule, but I cannot guarantee availability.

• Dogs that have feces, matting/knots, fleas, are aggressive or take longer than it should to groom, will be charged an additional fee. 

• PLEASE clean up after your dogs. There are pails and poop bags available for you. Remember, I have cameras.

• Please keep in mind that I groom one dog at a time, therefore, I may run behind. Believe me when I say, there is a reason for it. Please do not rush me through your dog's appointment. I do not look at my phone when I have a dog on my table. The safety of the dog on my table trumps everything. 

• Please, please, please wait for the text that your dog is ready for pickup. If you arrive early and your dog sees you, I may not be able to finish their groom. Excited dogs and sharp objects are a dangerous combination. Additionally, this makes me feel rushed.
